Andrea Muzikant

Andrea Muzikant is an Abrasive Leader Coach who has over 23 years of experience working in human services. Andrea has served more than 17 years in leadership with local and state government in Oregon.

Andrea is an accredited Boss Whisperer® who specializes in “The Boss Whisperer®” method for coaching abrasive leaders. This evidence-based coaching practice helps leaders to overcome negative perceptions and become more insightful leaders.

Andrea’s mission is to help alleviate suffering in the workplace and reduce trauma caused by abrasive leaders. Andrea has also provided trainings on various leadership development topics.

Her specialty areas include communication, employee engagement, stress management and coaching employees. Andrea plans and facilitates retreats for organizations as well. In her spare time she really enjoys cycling and traveling.
