Suzzane (Suzz) has 15+ years of experience in professional, operational management and leadership development across AsiaPacific & Europe. Her industry experience includes IT, banking, professional services, BPOs and sales.

Starting her career as a voice & accent trainer for a global IT organization, Suzz went on to get certified as a Fish! Philosophy© Trainer, EQ Life Coach, ITIL, Google Certified Educator, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Master Trainer, COPC and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Suzz hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, growing up in a diverse, multilingual home. Using her experiences growing up, she excelled in managing operations and support teams from all walks of life.

Now that she has relocated to Long Beach, CA to be with her husband, dog and 2 cats – she has decided to go back to what she loves – helping organizations foster a healthy work environment, developing the next generation of corporate leaders and expanding on one’s personal development.
