Bob Berk, PhD

Bob Berk is a leadership and management consultant, a training facilitator, and a conflict resolution expert. He specializes in helping individuals and teams find common ground, build relationships, and move forward in collaboration, and he partners with organizations to plan and implement their initiatives to improve their systems and culture. He has a background in education leadership and a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies.

Bob has trained in, and coached leaders of, various sectors ranging from education to biotech, and he’s skilled at resolving seemingly insurmountable conflicts. He’s passionate about helping two people or large teams resolve their conflict through mediation, facilitative dialogues, and restorative conversations; coaching individuals and teams; and facilitating learning and training on topics around trust, communication, high performing teams, giving and receiving feedback, and leadership.
