Jimmy is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. He has been coaching leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors for over 10 years. He works with leaders on a variety of topics such as abrasive behaviors, leadership styles, conflict management, communication, delegation, project management, and time management.

Jimmy has been a Mediator for over 15 years. He worked with private companies, community mediation centers, district courts, and circuit courts. To date he has mediated well over 500 cases.

He also trains on a variety of topics including conflict management, negotiation, and giving and receiving feedback.

Jimmy holds a Masters in Public Management, from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelors in Psychology, and a Public Leadership Credential through the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
