With two decades of diverse leadership across national organizations and nonprofits, Nicole brings a results-oriented approach to consulting, coaching, training, and facilitation. Specializing in organizational culture, development, and group dynamics, Nicole guides individuals and workplaces with empathy and practical tools.

She is the founding CEO of Ta’amod: Stand Up!, a social entrepreneur and is dedicated to fostering safety, equity, and holistic well-being in nonprofit communal workplaces. She combines her theater background, teaching experience, and spiritual exploration to deliver dynamic, accessible content on various topics. Nicole believes in the power of reflection for deep systemic change.

She is a graduate of the UpStart Venture Accelerator program and sits on the board of the San Diego Center for Jewish Culture, at the Lawrence Family JCC. 

Nicole lives in San Diego, CA with her partner, Rabbi Jason Nevarez, their two children and Sadie, the dog.
