Connie is an organization development professional with 25+ years’ experience. She has partnered with organizations in both internal management and external consulting capacities during her career.

Trained academically as a cultural anthropologist, Connie particularly enjoys applying her expertise to help organizations assess and shift cultural norms and behaviors to best support transformation efforts. She also applies her many years of change management experience to support organization members navigate through transformational change.

Connie, her husband, Richard, and beloved Australian Shepherd, Daisy Lou, make their home in Long Beach, California and Lake Havasu, Arizona.
