Bob Berk, PhD

Bob Berk is our Facilitator and Mediation Consultant. He specializes in capacity-building for individuals and organizations and has a background in education leadership and a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies.

Bob has trained various sectors, from education to biotech, and is skilled at resolving seemingly insurmountable conflicts.

He is most passionate about working in conflict resolution through mediation, facilitative dialogues and/or restorative conversations, coaching individuals and teams, and training topics around trust, high performing teams, feedback, and leadership.
