Aica came to us with a degree in Marketing Management from Manila, Philippines. Prior to joining Civility Partners, she built a diverse professional background across retail, finance, beauty, and real estate, working closely with CEOs and COOs and providing high-level executive and administrative support.
As Executive Assistant at Civility Partners, Aica plays an important role in keeping the team organized, connected, and moving forward. She supports executive scheduling and calendar management, coordinates meetings and networking activities, manages outreach and follow-ups, conducts research, and assists with a variety of special projects. Her background in marketing also brings a thoughtful perspective to outreach and growth initiatives.
