Bob Berk is the Chief Consulting Officer at Civility Partners, where he oversees a team of consultants and partners directly with clients to design strategic initiatives that foster healthier workplaces. An expert in leadership, management, and conflict resolution, Bob specializes in helping organizations diagnose systemic issues and implement tailored solutions to improve culture and performance.

With a deep background in education leadership and a PhD in Leadership and Policy Studies, Bob brings a scholarly yet practical approach to organizational development. He has successfully coached leaders and facilitated training across diverse sectors and is widely recognized for his ability to resolve complex, deeply entrenched conflicts.
