Deborah is an organizational development professional with over 20 years experience partnering with organizations navigating change.

Deborah’s expertise in organizational change management has included working with companies undergoing changes resulting from technology transformation, evolving operating models and shifts in organizational culture.

She enjoys facilitating group workshops and interactions with employees at all levels of the organization and is a proven strategic advisor to leaders.

Deborah is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching approach is about partnering with clients to envision their own potential through a process of connection and self-discovery, resulting in meaningful, actionable results.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University in Canada and has worked and lived in the United States and Canada throughout her career and currently resides in Canada.
