Her career consists of a diverse journey that’s taken her through the world of hospitality and the BPO industry, notably with Teleperformance Philippines.

Em plays a pivotal role at Civility Partners as she manages the sales process. This involves a wide range of responsibilities, including crafting proposals, facilitating sales meetings, managing schedules, and following up all throughout the sales process.
