Dr. Melissa Marosy is a mediator, facilitator, trainer, and leadership consultant specializing in conflict prevention and resolution in the workplace. She is a certified transformative mediator, a designated Advanced Workplace Mediator with the international Association for Conflict Resolution, and an Accredited Boss Whisperer®. Dr. Marosy recently retired from a 30-year career with the USDA-Forest Service, where she served as a dispute resolution specialist and the executive officer of Creative Conflict Resolution, an entrepreneurial business she created within the federal government. She now serves as sole proprietor of the small business Seeking Accord Leadership Consulting.

Dr. Marosy has conducted over 600 mediations and group conflict resolution sessions for the Forest Service, other governmental agencies, and community mediation centers. In addition to being a highly successful mediator with a reputation for resolving the most difficult interpersonal workplace conflicts, Dr. Marosy has extensive experience in group intervention; communication, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills training; and Boss Whispering® executive coaching. Her focus in the workplace is on helping parties develop collaborative, long-lasting working agreements that will lead to improved job satisfaction, increased productivity, and a more positive work environment for all.
