Dr. Sharon Adams serves as a consultant to employers in various industries on topics relating to conflict resolution, unconscious bias, emotional intelligence, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and restorative conversations—to name just a few. Her work has been presented at the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity (NCORE), San Diego County Health and Human Services, the Western Region on American Affairs, and the County of Orange Health and Human Services, among others. Dr. Adams offers both virtual and in-person sessions that are interactive and engaging and seek to address all learning modalities.

She has over 20 years of experience in higher education, serving as a counselor and as a dean of student services, where she developed a particular interest in the implementation of forgiveness and reconciliation models in work environments. Her training, entitled Organizational Forgiveness, is based on years of national and international research.

Dr. Adams is widely travelled and holds a master’s degree in counseling and a doctorate degree in leadership. Additionally, she is a certified conflict mediator and is certified to administer both the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (IDI) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
