Stephanie joined us as a Strategic Data Analyst. Prior to Civility Partners, she worked in research and program evaluation at University of Minnesota Extension, Arizona State University, and a small public relations firm in Minneapolis. She has experience on a wide range of projects across a variety of contexts including marketing, community development, education, behavioral health, and leadership development.

She is also a seasoned educator and has taught children and adults both in the United States and abroad. Stephanie has a strong background in qualitative methods and contributes these skills by designing protocols, conducting interviews, analyzing data, and writing reports. Her passion is to capture the voices and experiences of participants in order to drive positive change across systems, organizations, and communities.

Stephanie holds an MA in anthropology and an MA in literacy education. She is a volunteer tutor for Literacy Together and serves on the board of Newwave Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting financial literacy and entrepreneurship opportunities for diverse communities.
