California law requires organizations and companies to have a plan in place, do training, record incidents and report workplace violence.
For general employee training, we focus on recognizing and reporting concerning and threatening behaviors.
For manager/supervisor training, we focus on the same thing, but we also show them how to manage behaviors of concern. Our approach is always interactive and practical.
