This unique program starts and ends with a self assessment, and team survey, to understand learner perceptions of skills versus their team’s. After six facilitated sessions with experiential assignments in between them, learners and their team’s report improved scores.

This program is specifically tailored to your manager and supervisor needs and never off-the-shelf. Learners will build a community and coaching skills through facilitated discussions, and will continue to lean on each other after the program is over.
