Free Webinar – Compliance, Culture and Communication during Coronavirus

by Apr 1, 2020

This morning I did a webinar with employment law attorney extraordinaire, Jenna Leyton-Jones, on the topic of, Compliance, Culture and Communication During Coronavirus. Jenna and I tried to provide the most up to date and relevant information we could!

We covered a lot of details about compliance and maintaining a positive culture. Here’s the webinar recording, in case you missed something or need to listen again to all the details.

Catherine also offered up a few items for you.

  1. Template pandemic response plan.
  2. Opportunity to participate in free, weekly calls with other leaders, consultants, business owners and HR professionals to discuss challenges and hear what others are doing. You can read all about stuff like this, but talking about it might be more useful! Register here.
  3. Our enewsletter if you want to continue to receive more resources about building and maintaining a positive culture, now and into the future. Sign up here.

If you need us, we’re here! Set up an appointment to talk to Catherine here at this link.

Jenna also offered up her legal services at a 20% discount of her normal hourly rate. I suggest taking her up on it before you do anything major, like lay employees off, reduce working hours or work tasks, or attempt to cut pay for an exempt/salaried employee.
