Bullying Banned at Work – Hennepin County

The Hennepin County Board, in Minnesota, on Tuesday added a new workplace bullying policy to prevent barring discrimination and harassment among its employees. Now, bullying is banned at work.

“Those examples include behaving in an “offensive” way, preventing work from getting done, trumpeting a real or perceived power imbalance, spreading rumors and “derogatory remarks” and excluding or isolating people.”
