Do you know the difference between workplace violence and workplace bullying? And when does bullying become harassment? And when does conflict become bullying? What if it’s none of these things? And how do you solve conflict versus bullying?

That’s a lot of questions.

If you’re not sure of the answers, you’re not alone. So I put together this handy flowchart that enables you to determine what type of bad behaviors are happening in your workplace, along with the appropriate solution.
