Thanks so much for attending my session about workplace bullying at the HR Pro Conference. Here is:

This policy will help you get the conversation going about the RIGHT behaviors, and allow you to hold your employees accountable to what you DO want (rather than holding them accountable to not doing what you don’t want).

The e-Book will serve as a guide to building a positive culture. It offers 10 steps to understanding and eradicating workplace bullying.
